We have worked with a few tradie training programs, but none of them have managed to deliver the systems and the understanding Tamika brought to us from the beginning. She spoke to us in a language that was easy to understand and brought figures that were clear and gave us an understanding of our numbers behind the scenes. We are starting this financial year feeling that after 5 years we finally know what we are doing and what we can and cannot do in order to generate profit!! I’ve been using Tamika for just under 6 months now and to say she has been a crucial and integral part of my business growth is an understatement. Looking for a  coach that understood the tradie way was hard, I didn’t want pink or social media, I wanted someone raw who had been in the industry and got it. That is 100% Tamika! Within our first session, she helped me realise the value of what my business does and showed me that we were undercharging and not covering overheads. I got more out of that first session alone than I had with other coaches on 6-12 month programs. The support throughout the program has been amazing and for anyone who doesn’t understand where things are going wrong, definitely reach out to Tamika! For those worried about investing money and not seeing a return, we’ve made the cost of the coaching back and then some before I’d even finished paying for her program.
